I was asked to hold a Food Photography day –  what a great idea and I had such a fun day last week with some very enthusiastic ladies.   Coffee and homemade biscuits on arrival –  with the instruction not to eat them all as we need to photograph them!

The morning was spent learning a bit of the technical stuff so that they could shoot on Manual in the afternoon!   There were lots of tips and ideas with example of backdrops and how to use only natural light .

Over to the house for  lunch –  but first we had to photograph the Cullen Skink !!

The afternoon was spent practising ideas and getting to grips with tripods and manual settings.
