And ……….. the commercial photography highlights so far this year.

Before and after lockdown.    What a disruption to business this year has been.      Cafes and restaurants will take a long time to recover .  We have all been affected by it but some worse then others.  I had no business during lockdown which was fine and I busied myself with fun projects –  community bread making, wildlife photography and ”doorstep photos” [ see lockdown photo project ] but now it is great to see enquiries coming back in.  Next year is going to be very busy with weddings as most have been postponed to 2021

Here are a few of this years commercial clients.   If you would like a quote for your own business photography or just a chat about it please do get in touch –  caroline@carolinetrotter.co.uk or  07933 510243

Work before lockdown:-

The Diving Gannet, St Monans [ before lockdown]  a great little cafe and gift shop –  well worth a visit.  At the time of writing only open for takeaway but the cakes are fab!!

The Golf Inn – St Andrews

A re-shoot for Susan Reimer’s wonderful muffin book

At the beginning of the year The Rhynd launched ”Farm Fit”     It looked quite hard!!

and while I was there we did some arty shots for the garden to showcase that a lot of produce is home grown for the cafe

Headshots at the Rhynd,  including the two bosses Ed & Frank!  Guess who really is the boss!

And the [ dog friendly] Rhynd cafe with delicious snacks and cakes.      Open Friday to Sunday normally

And a few commercial clients since lockdown has eased

The Great British Prawn Company .  This was a fabulous three day job for Christopher  [ stylist and chef] and myself.

Day 1   Raw prawns.

Day 2  Cooked prawns

Day 3 – styled photoshoot

The Tailend     A regular partnership  –  its really fabulous when a client realises the worth of proper high res photography!

This was for their new takeaway menu

Macdonald and Son – Dundee Butcher with top quality meat.  From experience I would absolutely recommend the beef and the steaks,  although it all looked wonderful!

The Great Little Fryer.   This company has been making beef dripping since 1968 and are now looking to go on line with their tubs of dripping
