Ruth & Ruiari had the most beautiful wedding in St Andrews in February. What a truely happy day it was.
The groom and his party got ready at the Hotel Du Vin, St Andrews. Love black and white for the guy shots
What a helpful photographer – lucky I know how to tie a bow tie! And what a helpful usher taking the photos with the photographers camera!!
All ready to go and looking very handsome and dashing in deed. Ruiari and his bestman wore the matching tweed jackets A walk along the Scores over looking the Old Course
Meanwhile Ruth was getting ready at the Old Course Hotel. Check out her stunning dress . Loved the snowdrop theme – the bouquet, the buttonholes and the table flowers
Ready and looking so very beautiful, and very relaxed too!
Ruth arriving at St Salvators – the university chapel . It was pretty windy – but that usually means some nice photos of dress re-arranging etc.
The service. Very discreet photos from the back so as not to interrupt the service . Happily St Salvators has lovely light and an organ loft. It is a stunning chapel for photography
Off to St Andrews harbour for some special bride and groom shots . The harbour has a few different backdrops to get some photos without too much fuss or moving around
And inspite of of blowing a gale and being baltic – onto the West Sands, St Andrews for the iconic beach shots.
What a game couple .
Hold on tight so your bride doesn’t blow away!
Sensible footwear though!
Meanwhile the guests were enjoying the reception at the Old Course Hotel – beautifully caught by my assistant photographer
